By booking a Kashmir tour package, you agree to these legal obligations.
I. Booking & Reservation
To secure your Srinagar tour packages, a 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required.
Final payment must be completed 7-15 days before the check-in at your chosen kashir holiday package stays.
II. Liability Limitation
As the best travel agency for kashmir tour seekers, Skygaze manages all bookings with vetted vendors. However, we are not liable for departures delayed by weather-related flight cancellations or road closures (e.g. Zojila Pass closures for Leh tour packages).
Skygaze provides full assistance but does not cover travel insurance.
Clients agree to comply with environmental heritage rules in Dal Lake and Gulmarg.
III. Jurisdiction
All agreements and packages booked via Skygaze Tour and Travels are subject to the laws of Jammu & Kashmir jurisdiction.
